| This is the same plan (the Sugarberry) in a community just North of Bluffton. The house that we have under contract is very, very similar, but lighter shutters, no railing and the porch wraps all the way around the front. The landscaping is a bit different, too with no retaining wall or parking so close to the front. It does include an outdoor fireplace on the screened in porch (seen below). |
